    Note that at this time there is nothing official on the Navy League of Canada's website on this, but the information has been circulated to Cadet units via RCSUs.

    This has me so excited! It'll be awesome to easily clarify the levels of achievment when seeing someone in undress ribbons. Plus the anchors make them look so... Snazzy

    Now all we need to do for the cadet service medal is figure out how to credit Navy League cadet time in boots (even if they only count it at 2:1). If they can give me a cadet who knows how to march, how ranks and basic leadership work, tie knots, and how to shine their boots, the least I can do is acknowledge that they've done so.
