    Air Colourful Lanyards?

Hello, I'm an air cadet, but at summer camp, I saw some army staff wearing colourful lanyards, and I was just wondering what those meant.

Different meanings for each corps... I think
My corps has white lanyards for drill team, red ones for biathlon team, and black and silver ones for SSMs, DSM, and RSM.

What Flashman is saying here is that many times Army Cadet units will wear different coloured lanyards depending on their 'affiliated unit'. You'll notice that most corps have the name of an actual military unit, for example the 'Royal Newfoundland Regiment' on their shoulder to signify who their affiliated unit is. Corps sometimes do activities with their affiliated unit and will also wear different uniform accoutrements to closer unify them with their unit.

The link above gives you an idea of the different colours worn by different units. Hope this answers the question a little better!
