We aren't allergic to the use of the letter 'u' either.

    Honour/harbour/colour, etc.

Something else I find amusing, whenever I'm in the USA I see it referred to as Canadian Bacon, yet at the market at home it's sometimes sold as English Bacon.

Will anyone take responsibility for it? Seems to be a lot of finger pointing over breakfast meat.
    Cheers!

Ok, some more pontificating as I sit in Halifax, NS, on a bright sunny day...

I haven't worn a kilt since I was 4 years old (my Mum was a Scot) but sitting in Nova Scotia has me thinking, who invented this garment... in a land known for high winds and thistles?

    Exceedingly dangerous.

My tablemate is a Newfoundlander. He says they spell 'breakfast meat' b-o-l-o-g-n-a.

    Anybody want to switch seats?

    Cheers!
