    I think the requirements for the Sea element should be updated as the QPO1 rank is no longer issued, as well as it's about 70% (guesstimate) obsolete at the moment.

    It would be updated to PO1 and above. There are still QPO1s in the system, but no new ones will be promoted.

    I already knew this. It's just to keep confusion out of some people that aren't all that "into" the updated situation with the sea element.
