  1. WO2 and Level 5?

Question and I've heard a couple different answers and I can't seem to find it in CATOs

I recently got promoted to WO2. According to what I've heard, after WO2, you have to take off the level badge. This year I've completed level 5 ... SO ....

Would I still be able to have my level 5 badge on WITH the WO2 badges OR do I need to take it off and leave just the WO2 badges on?
My apologies if it seems like a silly question.

  2. WO Boards

Well myself, a fellow Flight Sergeant and our two WO2s went through the WOs interview boards last Wednesday. Fortunately, I remembered almost everything our ground school instructors taught us about the interview boards So how was it? It was okay. Some questions did surprise and for some I did have to think of how I was going to word the answer. The instructor's weren't kidding when they said that 2 seconds may feel like 2 minutes :P It happened to me and it really did feel like 2 minutes ...

  3. Thank you very much to everyone

Upon my visit to CW, I received a message stating I was the Member of the Year. What can I say. If it wasn't for this website, for the officers, the cadets, the Civilian Instructors, the Civilian volunteers, former cadets, cadets outside of Canada, I would never be so well informed about the things around me. Every bit of advice that I got, whether it was how to wear my uniform, how NOT to wear my uniform, how to do drill, the 10 things I thought I knew about drill (that one surprised me), it all ...

  4. Count down to Entrance Exam

Exactly 7 hours, 21 hours and 18 minutes until the entrance exam for our squadron. I've been studying everything up to Meteorology (that's all we need to know) and still am. It's pretty funny because part of me is telling me not to freak out and to be cool about everything and the other part is completely the opposite, I guess that's normal when approaching such thing. Any last tips? I know studying the night before or reviewing (same pace as I am now) the night before isn't the best idea ...

  5. G.P.S. Entrance Exam

So I recently found out our squadron's quota is smaller than I thought. What I thought we had 90 - 100 kids we're actually hovering around 80 kids per night. Which means that instead of 3 glider applicants possibly going on Glider next year only 2 may go and there's 4 of us and I'm good friends with the rest of them so I really hate that we all can't go I'm the highest rank out of all of them along with the most awards ... blah blah, but I'm still extremely scared because getting my wings ...
