Apparently he's holding a conference with Native Leaders to discuss what direction to move in, with regards to ending the plight of poverty ravaging Native peoples. There's an article on the topic here:

Now, what I want to know from all of you has nothing to do with this subject. I'm more curious as to why everyone quoted in the article insisted upon anonymity. It's not like they were making extreamly controversial statements - they were admitting a problem exists that every Canadian is already aware of.

Heeey. Thats weird....

Maybe it was because some people are really against First Nations' Rights. And perphaps "one Aboriginal leader who wished to remain anonymous" feared that some European guy who wants to drive his new Ferari down the street of a Native Reserve at 180 kph instead of 40 would send the Mafia after him?
