In the CTPs is a National Inspection Sheet used all over as a guidline
however each sqn may have their own, that follows the guidline, and may include extras the the sqn is intitled too ect
I'll give you a link to the CPT guidline later as I'm not home right now

I have one out of 10 w/ a break down of each marking part... I'll see if I can dig up a paper copy to retype up

If you need, I can send you an excellent one that my Sqn uses along with man other TAG Sqns with fairly high standards. It wont show properly here, but if you PM me and include your email, I will email it to you no problem. This is really thorough and it can be modified if needed ;)

What about this:

Is uniform standart or not? 1 or 0

I think that should be the way. Having to inspect with 0,3 or 0,1 thing is stupid. What is inspection really for? To seak for every little details that the cadet have missed or to see if the cadet have a standart uniform?

What I means is that when looking to a cadet, you can know in 5 second if he got a standart uniform or not. He can be only standart or be even above standart. I know having inspection on 1 isn't possible because it would make so much difference in notes. But what I suggest is this: 1 for boots (pass or fail, no 0.5... do the boots shine or not and is there dust?), 1 for pant (are crease there and is there dust..still pass or fail), 1 for dress shirt or tunic wheater one is worn or not (this include badges, tie, rank slip on...) 1 for head (beard and hair) finally 1 for Wedge. This make a total of 5 point with no 0,5 thing... wich is simple, fast to use and that achieve the goal of having an inspection. This is used on ERGS with another 5 point for dorms for a total of 10.
