Looking for old Aussie Cadets

So as of late I've been curious as to the ways of the land down under. Don't know why, but anyway. I was curious if anyone could share how the Aussie program works. Is it similar to the Canadian one? How close does it relate to the Navy Training, and do you get any equivalent quals? Do you get much sea time and on what kind of vessel? Pretty much everything.
