ask your local about it...they should be able to get in touch with whoever they get in touch with. I have no idea though how other centres run their selection commitees. I just got a call, and that was it... a couple weeks later my package was in the mail. Just lucky I guess.

I got a phone call too... like two weeks ago asking if I would be interested in the position because they couldn't find anyone Reg Force to fill it. I didn't apply for it, but I did apply for camp photographer (Assistant PAff O, i believe), but this is even better!!!

I'm still waiting for my offer in the mail. I sent back all my paperwork on the 5th. I was told if I didn't get it by yesterday to call... but I'm going to wait until monday so I don't look like a pain in the rear.

Officers for Greenwood only found out a couple of weeks ago.. supposidly staff cadets for Atlantic Region will be out Monday April 26th. Mind you, don't be distrought if you don't know on Monday.. in due time :)

We all know the answer to that *cough*Adrian*cough*... but no, I don't think I'm going to start something with anyone this summer... not with me moving away at the end of camp and everything. It's just not fair to put both myself and the other party through that. And plus, being staff and going on course aren't about finding the person you want to spend the rest of your life with, it's about training cadets to make them better for their Sqd. or Corps. If you find someone on base, great, but there are more important things to be doing than fraternizing (and yes, this is coming out of MY mouth... the cadets always came first.).

Sigh... update on my giant flourescent pink inflatable inner tube from Wasaga... my F/Sgt.'s broke it on our training weekend in November. I brought it to go tubing down the hills there, and thy destroyed it... although it went through some harder things than snow up at camp... sand, pavement, concrete, McCarty... lol! May it rest in peace... the memory will live on forever. lol!

ITLC is wicked. the taskings are so much fun and you are going to make so many close friends. I had a blast when i did it. Best thing was my roommate was french and i didn't know any french at the beginig of camp and by the end is was very fluent. If you get to wear a course shirt to Upper Clements, wash it before you go. The dye runs. I went on the log ride when i was there for ITLC in 02 and my whole outfit turned red. I still have all my red clothes. With regards to the course, pay attenetion in class and ask questions if you have them and you'll do fine. What intake are you going anyway?
