It's working fine. Check the spam / junk filter settings on your account. I see that you are using Shaw, which is what I use at home as well. Shaw has server-side spam filtering which may be catching your notifications. You need to log in to your e-mail account through the Shaw Webmail interface:
https://webmail.shaw.ca/
and click on the Email Filter button. Choose to either Disable filtering, or have it Tag suspected emails. If you have it set to Hold, then you need to check the Junk Email folder of your webmail, as those emails will never reach your computer. If you have it set to Delete, then you will not see those e-mails anywhere.

Kay, the problem is with shaw, but not with the email filtering. I have my shawmail forwarded to my yahoo account for ease of access when I am not at home. Apparently shaw is not forwarding my emails right now.
I just checked my shaw webmail and the notifications are there.
Thanks

I've been receiving e-mails the last couple of days saying folks have replied to threads I subscribed to, but don't ever remember subscribing to. On top of that, I thought I turned the 'e-mail me' feature off.
Lt(N) Deck,
could you make this stop please? I check CW frequently enough not to receive e-mail notifications.
Thank you.

Subscriptions are handled differently, in your user control panel you will see a link to Subscribed Threads. You can remove thread subscriptions from there. But since I am a nice guy, I just removed all of your for you. :)

Our new server hosting company is doing some upgrades to their email servers, and our email was inadvertently disabled for a couple of days. It was restored this morning.
Because the mail server caches messages for several days, you will get all of your notifications sent to you, none should have been lost, but they will all come in bulk.
There may be one or two more temporary outages over the next week or so while the upgrades continue at the hosting company.
