How do you deal with the stess of school or (school/work/everything else)?

By spending time on CW to avoid homework! {!} ;)
Honestly, though, the best way I've found to deal with stress is to make sure I give myself time to relax and wind down. If I have a lot to do, I can even work homework (readings, mostly) into it, by curling up with a hot chocolate and a school book :) Video games and time with friends also help me quite a bit.

Heading to the chapel and spending loads of time in prayer.
I recommend it for killing stress.

Providing you believe in that sort of thing ;)
I usually go out on my balcony and look around at the scenery, catch some fresh air. Or I play video games (RE4 is like an addiction at the moment ;)), and CW. CW is the best stress relief on the planet.

I spent a lot of time looking out the window in rez last year. When I was really stressed, I'd sit on the window sill in the study lounge (which was usually empty), look out the window, and sing to myself. Amazingly relaxing :)

I find a beer or 5 will do the trick.
I like to go to hockey games, go flying, play hockey, work out, spend time with friends, go to the movies...anything to get me out of the house and far away from my books.

I like to go work out ... you know ... flex the ole muscles, etc ... work on my calves ... and ... uh ... lats ... and ... BWAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!! RIGHT!!!!!!!
I couldn't even keep a straight face on that one.
I like to cook a good delicious meal. When you're studying, it feels like you're not making any progress and you'll never get anything accomplished. When you finish cooking ... it just feels so good to have a finished product right there. Satisfaction. And then you can eat it ... which is a new sense of satisfaction.

Bubble bath, warm blanket, PJs and a movie or good TV show. Sometimes a magazine, and a whole lot of cereal. Cereal is my comfort food. I like Brandy Lee's thoughts on cooking....but my satisfaction is ruined when I have to clean the dishes afterwards.

Sit on the computer mostly. Spend tome with my sister and her aide. Thats always fun because her aide isnt too much older than I so we sit and talk. Once she even did my homework for me ;) but ya. I get a lot of pressure from my parents that my marks would improve if i study more. I stress my self out studying. I put at least an hour Monday-Friday (well through the entire weekend, but usually Friday if I dont have any plans cuz then its over with) and i am still barely passing. I passed my Bio with a 50. I was so lucky i must of done well on the exam some how (i had had 3 seizures that morning and a PRN and i felt really nauseated and was seeing double as a rxn. to my medication) because i was failing badly.

One of the Pubs here (oddly named, "The Library Pub", so you can say, "I'm off to the Library!") has a drink special Tuesday-Saturday.
Tuesday: Scotch
Wednesday: St. Ambroise (used to be Wine)
Thursday: Hoogaarden
Friday: Guiness
Saturday: Martini
Typical way to destress is to put on a "Wine Wednesday". Sounds kind of dumb, ,but is actually a lot of fun. You rotate through the group as to who gets the bottle of wine (general rule, 1 bottle/2 people, which is roughly two glasses each), and then just designate a space. Great way to relax, destress, and hang out with some friends who are, inevitably, just as stressed as you are.
However, it's not drinking to excess, so you can still be productive, and not have to worry about the morning after.

I find beating people up helps. Or getting beat up -- either way, physical activity in the form of combative sports.
Sometimes I post on CW to relive stress, exempli gratia (http://www.cadet-world.com/cwforums/showthread.php?t=13751).

Mine is really easy:
I pick up the phone and remind myself that there is life outside of college.

That's very true.
Especially at smaller schools (Acadia: 4000 students, 4000 local population....2 streets with businesses on them), it's easy to get consumed in the academic world.
