Turned down 4 staff

Well I applyed for staff at Trenton and Got rejected

not surprising mind you im 15 turning 16 in October

I had really hoped that I could have gotten it though

I hear blackdowns desperet for staff, think they'd take me

You have to be 16 as of Jan 1 that year, and its the same at EVERY CSTC, no matter what element. Just do another senior course this year, then you'll be really prepared for staff next year :)

nope..you won't get accepted..you must be 16 before jan 1 of that year as said before...that is y next year i will be taking tg3 sail instead of staff because i turn 16 in may..:(...but best of luck to you

trust me... that's a bit young for doing staff.. take the year to grow a bit more, maybe get a summer job to get a taste of the workforce... being a staff cadet isn't just a job, you also have to deal with those cadets as well ;)

yeah...you're too young. but whats the rush? you have 3 more summers for staff. go take some cool courses first. it gives you a huge advantage once you go for the staff position.

they wont accept you for staff they had a staff in blackdown last year who was a little bit to young for staff and the camp officers put him on course when they realized that he was too young! so i wouldnt even try and as said b4 by others ake another summer as a course cadet
